Only Republicans who have attended their County Precinct Caucus and County Convention, signed up for the District Convention, and received their Delegate letter from their county republican party, can attend their District Convention.

#4 Signed up for the state convention, and received their Delegate letter from their county republican party, can attend their State Convention after registering and paying for their state convention registration. All in that order.
